Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation (Bank Transfer or approved third-party payment gateway).

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing details. Charges incurred must be honored by your payment provider.
Couriers: PostEx, TCS, and inDrive (local deliveries).
Estimated delivery timelines (non-guaranteed):
Karachi: 1–2 business days
Same Province: 2–3 business days
Outside Province: 3–5 business days
Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the courier.
We are not liable for courier delays, failed deliveries or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information and re-delivery costs if addresses are incorrect.
Consumables (e-liquids, coils, pods): All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
Devices & accessories: Returns are only accepted if a wrong item was delivered, unused and unopened, reported within 3 days of delivery.
Video/photo proof at the time of unboxing is required for claims.
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
